Return & Refund Policy

We provide you this warranty that the products will be free of manufacturing flaws and errors in design and workmanship ("Warranty") upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined under this policy ("Warranty Policy").

Warranty period:

The warranty period for each product will be of ONE year. The warranty offered under this warranty policy will start when the product is delivered to you.

Eligibility:

This Warranty is non-transferable, and in order to be eligible for this Warranty, you must provide a legitimate invoice for the Product whenever we or our agent requests one (s). After-purchase modifications or adjustments are not advised and will render the whole Warranty null and invalid.

Our responsibility:

In the event that any damaged Products covered by this Warranty need to be repaired, we will pick up the damaged Products from the delivery address, repair the Products, and then return the restored Products to the original delivery address. However, at our discretion and at your request, we could agree to ship the repaired Product to a location other than the one where it was delivered when it was first purchased.

The location where the damaged product was first shipped will also get the replacement item that was damaged. We will also retrieve the damaged Goods at the time of delivery. But, if you ask and it is in our judgment, we could agree to ship the substituted Merchandise to a different location from the one where the original product was delivered.

Exclusions:

The following types of damages, including flaws found as a result of improper product maintenance, mishandling, excessive loading, and careless usage, are not covered by this warranty. Also, the product's normal wear and tear as well as any deviations brought on by the natural properties of the materials used are not covered by this warranty. India Cane House's decision on the nature of the fault and the applicability of the warranty shall be final.

A one-year warranty is included with every piece of cane, plastic, or wrought iron furniture or product you buy from India Cane House.

The company is liable for any damage to the aforementioned products from the moment of their shipping until they reach the consumer.

Please take note that bamboo and willow items can only be replaced, depending on the stock.

A credit note for the substantial product amount will be issued if the damaged good's product replacement  is out of stock.

Amendment:

India Cane House maintains the right, with or without prior notice, to change or amend the terms and conditions included herein owing to changes in the availability of services, goods, and/or replacement components or for the purpose of adhering to applicable policies, procedures, rules, and laws.
