TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
In order to transport and deliver the products to you, we collaborate with outside logistic service providers. A rough timetable for the delivery of the Merchandise you ordered through the India Cane House platform will be given to you. After we confirm an order, we will display the expected delivery date on the order confirmation page for the user to see. We will also provide information on your orders after they have been shipped to the email address and/or mobile number you have given us or have registered with us. You acknowledge and agree that, despite the fact that we ship and deliver Goods to Users via our logistic partners, we maintain the right to do so independently of them.
You acknowledge and agree that while we make every effort to ship and deliver our products across India, we may, in our sole discretion, identify a limited number of places that are inaccessible for product delivery. In such unserviceable places, neither we nor our logistic partners offer shipping and delivery services, thus we might be unable to complete your orders through the India Cane House Platform under certain circumstances. When a user places an order to buy Goods on the India Cane House Platform, we will let them know if a region has been judged unserviceable by us. By inputting the appropriate area's pin code on the India Cane House Platform, you may also determine whether a location is inaccessible for deliveries by us.
You agree and recognise that we may ask for or gather certain information, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, location, contact information, etc. to ensure prompt delivery of the ordered Goods to you. You are responsible for making sure that any information you provide to us on the India Cane House Platform is genuine, complete, accurate, and adequate to pinpoint the precise delivery location. You are aware that if we are unable to deliver the purchased items to you as a result of your failure to supply accurate, full, and adequate information at the time of placing the order, you will be held entirely responsible. Moreover, it is made clear that we won't be held responsible for your failure to give accurate and comprehensive information in any way or at any time.

In no event shall India Cane House be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenues or any other expenses or damages, whether arising out of a breach of contract or warranty, a tort, or otherwise. This warranty does not in any way cover incidents of bodily harm or death brought on by the user's own carelessness or actions. India Cane House's total liability, relating to or arising out of your purchase or use of the Product or damage thereto, regardless of the type or cause of such damage or the characterization of the claim asserted (whether in contract or tort), shall under no circumstances exceed the Product's purchase price as on the invoice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, the remedies in this Warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies. The following are excluded from this Warranty: (a) minor flaws in the Product that mostly comply with design requirements or flaws that do not significantly affect the Product's operation; and (b) claims based on the Product's divergence from pictures displayed on the Platform. Before making any purchases, you must be certain that the product is suitable for you. Regarding the Product's appropriateness for any specific usage, India Cane House makes no claims or warranties. In the event that a Warranty claim is false or invalid, India Cane House is not obligated to fulfill any obligations. No guarantee, representation, or warranty is made by India Cane House that the replaced Product will be the same as or comparable to the one you purchased. When determining whether a product is damaged, India Cane House reserves the right to be the only arbiter; its conclusion in this matter should be conclusive.Moreover, India Cane House retains the right to bill the claimant for any reasonable and necessary fees and expenditures (at the going rate) connected with or resulting from the repair or replacement of the Product.
If a third party, such as the manufacturer of a product supplied on the India Cane House Platform, the party from whom the product originated, or a third party service provider, offers a specific set of warranties for any product or service, any warranty claims are between the third party and you. India Cane House won't be held accountable or in charge of any such warranty (s). We don't assume any responsibility for mediating or resolving any disagreements between you and that third party.
